Emergency Fundraiser for Venezuela

As part of La Fiesta 2026, we're coming together not only to celebrate Latin American music, dance and culture, but also to show solidarity with communities in Venezuela facing devastating hardship.

We're raising funds for Caritas Australia's Venezuela Earthquake Appeal, supporting families and communities affected by the devastating earthquakes of 24 June.

Thousands of people have lost their lives, homes and livelihoods, adding to the challenges already faced by vulnerable communities across Venezuela.

Through its local partner, Caritas Venezuela, Caritas Australia is helping provide vital emergency assistance, including food, clean water, shelter and sanitation, while supporting communities on the long road to recovery.

At La Fiesta, we believe in the power of community and solidarity. While we celebrate the richness of Latin American culture here in Canberra, we also want to make a meaningful difference for those who need our support.

Every donation, big or small, helps provide essential assistance and hope for the future.

Please consider donating and sharing this appeal with your friends and family.

Together, we can turn celebration into solidarity.

Thank you for your generosity and support.
